For moms and babies 0-6 (Pre-crawlers). Being a mom can be overwhelming and stressful but take a deep breath, relax, and renew at the library this spring! Join Jane Signh, local Health Coach and Meditation Guide as she gives moms the tools of mindfulness and meditation to create inner peace, calm, and renewed energy. Bring your snuggly baby to this positive and supportive environment as we spend a little time on you.
