The Westwood Public Library has rooms available for meetings, conferences, and programs for both non-profit and for profit organizations. Rooms may be reserved up to 90 days in advance. Non-profit organizations may request to book the Community Meeting Room, or the Conference Room online by clicking here. For profit organzations must contact the library by calling 781-320-1045 to reserve a room. Paper application forms are also available at the Information Desk on the 2nd floor. Room bookings are not final until an application has been submitted and approved. Please note that Library and Municipal sponsored activities have priority in use of meeting rooms. Community Meeting Room
The first floor Meeting Room has a seating capacity of 85 and can be set up with tables and chairs. The room has a projection and sound system, hand-held microphones, and a podium. Internet access is available. Limited kitchen facilities are available for light refreshments. You may request to reserve the Community Room up to 90 days in advance. The first floor Conference Room has a seating capacity of 25 and can be set up with tables and chairs. The room has a projection system with sound. Internet access is available. Children’s Program Room
The first floor Children’s Program room has a capacity of 35. Use of the Children’s Program Room is limited to library programming and Westwood youth organizations such as the Early Childhood Council. Use for parties, play dates, or scout meetings is not permitted. This room is not available for public use.
There are two study rooms on the second floor that can each seat up to four people for a max of fours hours per day. Wi-Fi access is available. You may request to reserve a Study Room up to 7 days in advance. Please note that the study rooms are not available for private tutoring, or to be used for any kind of business or "for profit" use. Reservations for study rooms can be made by calling 781-320-1045, or by visiting the the 2nd Floor Information Desk.
Profit Organizations may request to use the Community Meeting Room and the Conference Room for a fee. The fee schedule for each room is listed below.
