Meeting Rooms

The Westwood Public Library has rooms available for meetings, conferences, and programs for both non-profit and for profit organizations.  Please call 781-320-1045 for information on room use policies, how to book a room, and rental fees.  Library and Municipal sponsored activities have priority in use of meeting rooms. Visit our policies page to learn more about our meeting room policy.  Please use our forms to reserve meeting and conference rooms.  Forms must be presented in person to the Information Desk on the 2nd floor.  Room bookings are not final until the required paperwork has been submitted and approved.   

Community Meeting Room

The first floor Meeting Room has a seating capacity of 85 and can be set up with tables and chairs. The room has a projection and sound system, hand-held microphones, and a podium. Internet access is available. Limited kitchen facilities are available for light refreshments.

Conference Room

The first floor Conference Room has a seating capacity of 25 and can be set up with tables and chairs. The room has a projection system with sound. Internet access is available.

Children’s Program Room

The first floor Children’s Program room has a capacity of 35. Use of the Children’s Program Room is limited to library programming and Westwood youth organizations such as the Early Childhood Council. Use for parties, play dates, or scout meetings is not permitted.

Study Rooms

There are two study rooms on the second floor that can each seat up to four people. Wi-Fi access is available. Reservations for study rooms can be made by calling 781-320-1045.
