Great Decisions is America's largest discussion program on world affairs.  The program model involves reading the Great Decisions Briefing Book, watching the DVD and meeting in the library’s Discussion Group to discuss the most critical global issues facing America today. For kids in grades 4 and up & adults. Westwood Public Library will welcome middle grade authors Victoria J. Coe (Fenway and Hattie), Bridget Hodder (The Rat Prince), Lee Gjersten Malone (The Last Boy at St. Edith’s), Erin Petti (The Peculiar Haunting of Thelma Bee), Elly Swartz (Finding Perfect), and Monica Tesler (Bounders)! This exciting panel will talk about writing, the inspiration behind their books, and so much more! There will be a Q & A and a chance to get your books signed by the author. Books will also be available to purchase at the event.
